Medical Warehouse Management System

Batches, expiry dates, cold chain, and recalls — pharmaceutical-grade warehouse control where a mistake is not an option.

01 — System overview

System overview

A medical warehouse is not a normal warehouse. Every box carries a batch number and an expiry date, some products live or die by temperature, regulators can ask "where did lot X go?" at any moment, and dispensing the older stock first is not a preference — it is money and compliance. General inventory software was never built for these rules.

This system was. It manages pharmaceutical and medical-supply warehouses with batch-level truth: receiving with lot and expiry capture, FEFO-driven picking, cold-chain zones with alerts, full traceability from supplier to customer for instant recall response, and the stock and expiry reports health authorities and auditors actually ask for.

02 — Why this system

Why this system

01 Expiry losses cut hard

FEFO picking and early-warning reports move near-expiry stock before it becomes write-off.

02 Recall-ready in minutes

One search shows every unit of a batch: received, in stock, and shipped to whom.

03 Cold chain under watch

Temperature zones, sensor alerts, and excursion logs protect the products that cannot forgive.

04 Inspection without panic

Regulatory registers and movement history export in the formats authorities expect.

06 — FAQ

Questions, answered

How is this different from the general warehouse system?

The general WMS moves boxes fast; this one moves regulated products safely. Batch/expiry enforcement, FEFO, cold chain, and recall traceability are first-class rules here — not optional fields. If your stock has lot numbers and inspectors, this is your system.

Does it connect to temperature sensors?

Yes — cold zones can ingest readings from sensors/data loggers, alert on excursions, and keep the temperature history attached to the affected batches for compliance evidence.

Can it serve our branches and customers directly?

Yes: dispatch flows cover branch transfers and customer orders (pharmacies, clinics, hospitals), each shipment carrying its batch documentation automatically.
