Questions, answered
Do we need barcode hardware to use it?
Scanning multiplies the benefit but is not a gate: the system runs with phone cameras as scanners, dedicated handhelds, or plain screens — and you can phase hardware in warehouse by warehouse.
Can it run our drivers and deliveries too?
Yes. The fleet module assigns orders to drivers, prints or displays route sheets, and captures proof of delivery — including cash-on-delivery reconciliation when drivers return.
We already use the inventory system — is this an upgrade?
It is the next floor up. Inventory answers what and how much; the WMS adds where exactly and how it moves. They share the same data core, so growing into WMS does not mean re-implementing.
