Protecting Your Business Accounts: WhatsApp, Instagram and Email
For a small business, the account is not a marketing channel — it is the customer database. Two tracks: make it hard to take, and keep a copy outside it so losing it is an interruption rather than an ending.

01 — Overview
Overview
It opens with a question that may change how you see the subject: if your WhatsApp Business account were gone tonight, what stops tomorrow morning? Anyone who answers “my reputation” has not yet understood the problem.
For most small businesses the account holds the customer list, the order history and the proof of every agreement. Losing it is not losing your posts — it is losing the memory of the business. And the uncomfortable truth underneath is that you are a tenant, not an owner.
So the plan runs on two tracks: make the account hard to take, and keep your copy outside it. Any advice that stops at “use a strong password” has delivered half a solution.

Questions, answered
How does this differ from the cyber security course?
That one covers the business broadly — devices, data, staff, backups. This one goes deep on the accounts your business actually runs on, with a full lesson on WhatsApp Business alone. They complement each other; neither repeats the other.
Do I need technical knowledge?
None. It is written for the owner of a shop, a restaurant, a clinic or a small office. There is no code and no jargon, and no walkthrough of specific buttons either — interfaces change every few months, so you learn what to look for and what it means.
Does it teach hacking techniques?
No. The content is entirely defensive: how to protect, and how to recognise an attempt so you do not fall for it. Fraud is taught as a pattern to recognise, never as a method to carry out.
How do I pay and get access?
There is no online payment on this site. Send the request form, I contact you personally, we arrange payment (cash or local transfer), then you get a one-time activation code for one device with lifetime access.
