FILE 01 — THE STORY

Thirteen-plus years ago this started the way most engineering stories do: taking systems apart to see how they break. That instinct became a career on both sides of the wall — attacking systems to test them, defending them for a living, and eventually building them from scratch.

Along the way a pattern kept repeating: companies with secure infrastructure but software nobody could use, or beautiful products nobody could find, or great marketing pouring leads into systems that leaked them. The three disciplines are usually three vendors — and the gaps between vendors are where businesses bleed.

So I closed the gaps by becoming all three. Today that means 1500+ delivered operations: hardened clouds and incident responses, business systems running in real companies across different industries, and growth engines that rank and convert. One head, full context, no handoffs.

THE THREE DISCIPLINES

Security first

Every build is hardened against modern threats before it goes live — because retrofitting security is how breaches are born.

Engineering precision

Fast, maintainable systems engineered for the people who use them daily — and for the company they must scale with.

Engineered growth

Measurable SEO and conversion funnels, wired into the product — not vanity metrics bolted on after launch.

FILE 03 — FIELDS OF OPERATION

What I actually do, day to day

Cybersecurity operations

Securing clouds and applications, hunting threats, responding to incidents, and getting companies compliant — from architecture reviews to full SOC operations.

  • Cloud & infrastructure hardening (AWS / Azure)
  • Incident response & digital forensics
  • Secure development pipelines (DevSecOps)
  • Compliance, identity & data protection

Software engineering

Designing and shipping complete systems — web and mobile apps, ERPs and SaaS platforms, APIs and integrations, and AI features that earn their place.

  • Full-stack web & native mobile applications
  • Business systems: ERP, CRM, POS, e-commerce…
  • Cloud architecture, microservices & DevOps
  • AI, machine learning & LLM deployment

Growth engineering

Turning traffic into revenue: technical SEO that ranks, conversion funnels that close, campaigns that pay for themselves, and automation that scales it all.

  • SEO strategy & technical SEO
  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Paid performance: search & social
  • Marketing automation & analytics

FILE 04 — FIELD KIT

Tools of the trade

Technology choices follow the mission, not the hype. This is the kit that shows up most often:

FILE 05 — RULES OF ENGAGEMENT

What working with me looks like

01 Direct line, no layers

You talk to the person doing the work — no account managers, no telephone game. Questions get answers in hours, not meetings.

02 Fixed scope, fixed price

Every project starts with a written scope, timeline, and price. Changes are agreed before they happen — never discovered on an invoice.

03 You own everything

Code, accounts, data, documentation — registered to you from day one. If we ever part ways, you lose nothing.

04 After launch, still here

Systems are living things: monitoring, updates, and support continue after delivery — most clients stay for years.

FILE 06 — FAQ

Questions, answered

What exactly do you do?

Three disciplines under one roof: cybersecurity (cloud and application protection, DevSecOps), full-stack engineering (web, mobile, APIs, AI), and growth marketing (SEO, conversion, performance). Most clients start with one and stay for all three.

Which markets do you work in?

Jordan first, and across the Gulf and the wider Arab region. I work from Amman in Arabic and English, on your timezone, and I take a limited number of projects so each one gets real attention.

How does a project start?

With a short call. I audit your stack, risks, and growth gaps, then send you a clear scope, timeline, and price before any work begins.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on scope — but every project gets a fixed, transparent quote up front, with no surprises. Message me with what you need and I will send an estimate.

Are the systems ready-made or built from scratch?

Both. Each system starts from a battle-tested core that already runs in real companies, then gets tailored to your workflow and brand. You get the speed of ready-made with the fit of custom.

How fast will you reply?

Usually within a few hours. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me.

Ready when you are.

A short message is enough — I reply personally within hours.
