Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
Employees, attendance, leaves, and payroll in one place — HR that runs on records, not on memory and paper.
01 — System overview
System overview
HR is the department everyone needs and nobody wants to chase: leave balances asked over chat, attendance disputes settled from memory, payroll rebuilt in a spreadsheet every month. An HRMS moves all of it into one system of record — so questions answer themselves and month-end stops being a crisis.
This system covers the full employee lifecycle: hiring records, contracts and documents, shifts and attendance, leaves and balances, payroll with allowances and deductions, and an employee self-service portal that cuts the "quick question" traffic to HR by most of its volume.

06 — FAQ
Questions, answered
Does it connect to fingerprint devices?
Yes — attendance can flow in from biometric devices, mobile check-in with location, or both. Rules for lateness, overtime, and missing punches are applied automatically.
Can it handle our salary structure?
Salary structures are configurable: basic, allowances, commissions, social security, loans, and one-off adjustments. If your current Excel sheet can express it, the payroll engine can automate it.
Is employee data safe?
HR data is among the most sensitive a company holds. The system ships with role-based access, encrypted storage and backups, and audit logs — configured by a cybersecurity specialist as part of delivery.
